Three hours of fun, interactive mentoring for young ladies ages 11-18. Becoming confident in essential areas of our lives can help prevent negative consequences due to a lack of knowledge. This workshop includes Modeling, Etiquette, Skincare, Budgeting, Common-Sense Self-Defense, Affirmations, and Goal Setting.

This is a Workshop. Please be on time. The workshop starts on time, so if your child is late, they will miss part of it, which cannot be repeated due to time constraints.

Every girl who joins the Prevention Through Confidence workshop will receive:

Once the deposit is made, Coach Maria will reach out to schedule a call or Zoom meeting to discuss the details of your session, including the date, time, and location. Participants, please come dressed in casual, fem‑chic attire. A small meal will be provided during the table‑setting and etiquette portion of the workshop. Parents and guardians must register their child and inform us of any food allergies in advance.
