Steps to Get Started:

1. Schedule Your Appointment: Choose a convenient date and time for your video meeting.

2. Pay the Fee Upfront: Complete payment for the service before scheduling your appointment. (Please see the Amended Return Refund Policy during check out for details regarding amended return refunds.)

3. Submit Required Documents: Provide your original tax return, wage and income transcript, original income documents (W-2, 1099, etc.), and any correspondence received from the IRS.

4. Prepare for the Appointment: Be present and ready for your scheduled video meeting to review and discuss the amended return. You will be required to reschedule your appointment is you are 10 minutes late.

Note: If the original income documents are not provided, the amended return will need to be mailed.
