I'm a retired HR Director, now a full-time Group Fitness Professional with over 10 years of experience. As the proud owner of FunFit & Friends LLC, my mission is to infuse fun into workouts, spread joy through movement, and create an inclusive community with lasting connections. Additionally, I am the co-owner of @mahalinshreds, an online business where, alongside a fellow fitness instructor friend @lorieavila, we craft bracelets with inspirational messages. Our aim is to transform an accessory into a wearable piece of art that embodies inspiration.

MONDAY: Kettlebell for Active Adults
This entry kettlebell class is perfect for active older adults, those recovering from injury or anyone needing a lower impact workout! We do swings, bicep curls, figure eight, lat raises and more. The workout can be done seated or with support from a chair. Students must bring their own 3-5 lb kettle bell and resistance bands.MONDAY: Kettlebell for Active Adults

AMPD Fusion offers several AMPD Strong workouts in one! The uniqueness of kettlebell complemented with simple resistance band movements, mixed with some kickboxing and barre elements while choreographed to music, creating a fun, non-traditional, low-impact, full-body workout accessible for all fitness levels. Fusion combines Kettlebell AMPD, AMPD Resistance, and AMPD Power Flow Low (yoga-inspired), AMPD Kickboxing + AMPD Burn (barre-inspired), it will take your workout to a whole new level!MONDAY: AMPD Fusion @ 6PM
