Grisha is a prime example of practicing what you preach. With a practical approach to guidance grisha is one of the only leaders and mentors who has truly kept me accountable in my healing journey. And what a great example to follow. He leads with empathy, compassion and understanding but his confidence and knowledge in what he teaches really enforces growth. I truly admire this man and only hope his light expands to the ends of this universe and the next.

Wow, wow, wow. Practically, charming, and down to earth advice from someone who's not too far off from all of us. Young and smart, Grisha has spoken with me only 2-3 times and I see the confidence I needed some help getting back come back ASAP. As someone who also speaks with a therapist for over a year, I don't want to down play therapy or therapists, but I find Grisha's approach to liken to and actually just more helpful for what I need advice, or am seeking guidance on. He also isn't robbing me blind and so far I have been able to book sessions pretty quickly, and almost same day when something happens in my world and I need some advice...I turn to this guy, he's also really helped me see how my talents can be used differently, and also really calms my nerves and helps me see clearly things that get fogged especially when we talk about my progress in my life and career. So thanks man, I don't know how I stumbled upon you, but you are a very helpful guy!

Anytime I’d leave from linking with Grisha, i always left with a sense of purpose, some type of self direction, and just overall feeling better about myself & the future (the journey ahead etc) whenever I’d link him, I wouldn’t go with the intention of speaking upon myself or life and things we both related to in a way, we kind of just ended up there (Beauty of our friendship, cause you can’t have these convos with everyone) but some how some way I’d always feel completely refreshed, about myself, my life, where i was going etc. I would always feel a sense of comfort and understanding, so much that even when I’d be naive or in denial of certain things we’d speak on, he’d end up being right in the long run, those were things that have stuck with me forever. A random guy who became my friend all due to intention & that was that he was doing his job as mental health advocate & me, I was just someone who was open to learning. Seminars with grish always made me feel like I’m heading towards the right path by just taking the step of going and being open to listening to someone who’s willing to give me tools to help myself, wether it was at that very moment, tomorrow and so on. I never been to one til i went to my first two, hosted by grish and every time it felt just right. Although Grisha is human just like us & goes through life’s phases just like us all, he always felt like a brother, friend, therapist that you though you didn’t need but ended up loving anyways. I know that i can always count on Grisha if i ever needed someone to give me a little push towards anything in life, for real conversation, honesty & true understanding without judgement. If you're like me and super iffy about life coaching or taking advice from random strangers, I promise you Grisha's approach and style has truly made me feel comfortable, welcomed, seen and heard. In addition to having a therapist, making the choice to sign up for life coaching was a super random desperate decision that completely altered my thinking which essentially changed my life. Grisha has been a tender listener, allowing me to fully express the depth of what I feel and I feel so safe in our sessions coming to him for direction and that extra push. He truly is one of a kind and I now see life through rose colored lens which was hard for me before. With speaking to him, I know there's always a solution and a way to get to where I need to be and with him also sharing aspects of his life, I felt as though we had a more trusting relationship than the usual student/teacher feel. I will continue to recommend Grisha to people who may even have their life together because there really is always something interesting to learn from him. I'll forever thank him a million times over because seeing life in a new light brings me this joy I can't explain. I'm so grateful for the sessions and excited to see him change the lives of others.

I will never ever forget this conversation. This made my whole day. This man right here, dear Grisha, you are a miracle, and I know that we all are one and we are all one big miracle with the universe, but you helped me so much. I cant ever thank you enough. I will definitely start journaling and writing more; like you said; it makes good. When I was in high-school i used to do that a lot because I didn't have any friends so books we're my everything. Writing poems about my pain and creating novels and just writing about my day, and drawing and keeping up a blog site. Grisha is one of the most hardworking individuals I know. He truly puts in the work everyday to shed the learned behavior and create his own. Im so grateful to know and confide in him.
