This program was designed for mamas, by a mama.
I'm Taryn, and in my first postpartum journey, I went through the rollercoaster that many of us do. Navigating being a mom, breastfeeding, going back to work, relationships, all while trying to figure out who I was and how to be the best version of myself.
My mission is to share all my knowledge with you on how to make your journey through motherhood a fun one, because I believe it should be enjoyable and feel like the blessing it truly is.

PILLAR 1: OPTIMIZING NUTRITION
Understanding the importance of macro & micronutrients postpartum, things like replenishing vitamins and minerals, increasing protein, learning how to build an ideal meal, and realistic meal planning & prepping
PILLAR 2: CORTISOL & HORMONE REGULATION
This is where you’re learning what is even going on in your body postpartum and starting to understand how your hormones impact everything from your energy levels, weight, periods, and future fertility.

This is a combination of meal planning & prepping, sleep, movement, stress management, cycle syncing, and how to put it all together in a way that fits your lifestyle as a busy mom, and not a single 22 year old male who’s going to the gym 7 days a week and only eating chicken, rice and broccoli everyday.
