Your safety and trust are important to us. The line is a supportive, non-therapeutic space designed for quick conversations, advice, and emotional support.

• Confidentiality: We respect your privacy. Messages and calls are kept private and will not be shared outside of the line.

• Limits: While we aim to provide supportive spaces, this service is not a replacement for professional therapy, counseling, or medical care. If you are experiencing a crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

• Data: Your information (phone number, messages, and any payment details) is handled securely and will only be used to provide the service you requested.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Rescheduling: If you can’t make your call, you may reschedule with at least 12 hours’ notice at no extra cost.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your scheduled call may not be refunded.

• No-Shows: Missed calls without prior notice are non-refundable.

• Refunds: Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered on a case-by-case basis if a call cannot take place due to technical or scheduling issues on our end.
