  1. Initial Consultation (60 minutes):

    This is where we'll get to know each other, go over your health history, dietary habits, and lifestyle. We'll set goals together and create a customized meal plan that fits your specific needs.

  2. Weekly Check-Ins (45 minutes):

    These check-ins will help us monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your meal plan. We'll also discuss any challenges you're facing and provide additional support to help you stay on track.

  3. Weekly Meal Plan & Grocery list:

    Each week, you'll receive a meal plan check in that includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. All meals will be evaluated to ensure that your dietary preferences and goals are being met.

  4. Nutritional Education:

    Throughout the program, we'll provide you with educational resources on nutrition, including tips on how to make healthy food choices, how to read food labels, and how to cook and prepare meals.

  5. Support:

    You'll have access to a nutrition coach who will be available to answer any questions you have and provide additional support throughout the program.

  6. A copy of my very own Food Accountability Journal

NB: For meal planning services for special dietary needs and goals an additional $25 will be incurred.
