In these sessions of coaching you will be doing in depth assessments in areas such as:

  • lifestyle and habits

  • analyzing current diet

  • health status

  • mindset and behaviour

    After which you will be provided with personalized education on:

  • nutritional basics

  • tailored advice

    Then we will be setting SMART ( Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time- bound) goals, while focusing on the behavioral aspect of the expectations.

    Establish a plan of action, then problem solving measures will be taken. We will further make record and keep track of progress, and checking ins will be done on a weekly/ biweekly basis. Adjustments will be made as needed.

At the end of these sessions client and coach will make a final analysis by recapping the entire process. Coach will reinforce client's strengths and potential.
