Amanda has been a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for 7 years, working with Nike, Adidas, Amazon, POPSUGAR, Fabletic's, Barry's and many more. She has secured her place in multiple magazines and has worked with many clients to reach their physical and nutritional goals.

Since battling cancer, Amanda has had to rebuild her physical health from ground zero and was able to lose the 30 lbs she gained during treatment.

Nutritional coaching will include:

  • A complete & personalized document outlining nutrition basics specific to your needs during chemo and recovery

  • A thorough evaluation of current eating/food habits to start as a baseline for our starting point

  • Shopping list for each food group

  • Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner food recommendations

  • Supplement recommendations during chemo

  • My complete Amazon list of items that best supported me during treatment

  • 1-on-1 weekly support call to review food from the week and make any tweaks for the following week

  • Unlimited email support

Personal Training will include:

  • · A thorough evaluation of where your current physical fitness level is (once cleared by a doctor) and an outline of your goals

  • A progressive workout plan (4 weeks) to help reach your goals while continuing to build strength to maintain muscle mass during cancer treatment

  • 1-2 virtual sessions/week where you will be coached 1-on-1 to correct form, increase strength and receive the motivation you need to fight through fatigue

  • Stretching techniques I used to improve my range of motion post-double mastectomy

  • A friend to meet you for every session to push you to feel your best during treatment

Amanda is only taking on a limited number of clients so she requires a 1-month minimum commitment to establish healthy habits and routines. Serious inquires only.
