Ashley Broadwater is the creator of The RESET Method⢠and founder of The Reset Room Community. She is a wife, mother, medical speech-language pathologist, and co-owner of Venue at the Stables, a wedding and event venue in southwestern Pennsylvania that she owns alongside her husband.
Professionally, Ashley is a licensed clinician with a Masterâs degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders. She works primarily as a medical speech-language pathologist in the skilled nursing facility setting, where she specializes in screenings, evaluations, treatment planning, case management, and progress monitoring.
Ashley also holds a Bachelorâs degree in Psychology and has experience in mental health counseling, giving her a strong foundation in behavior, mindset, accountability, and habit change.
After first participating in 15-day wellness challenges herself, Ashley began hosting and coaching her own challenges using a Grace Over Guilt approach. The RESET Method⢠was created through her personal wellness journey, professional background, research, lived experience, surveys, and feedback from real participants.
This framework has already helped participants create realistic habits, build consistency, and experience meaningful results â all through grace-filled growth, accountability, and progress over perfection.
