60 minutes of safety

This is a 1:1 coaching session for you to find your way to peace in a safe, supported space. We will focus on education, skills, techniques, practices and their application to move you towards where you want to be.

We can work with whatever is present in your system in this moment, or any of the following topics and more -

  • Finding safety in the present moment

  • The link between past events and your current behaviours

  • Making friends with your body

  • Understanding how your body keeps you safe

  • Addressing pain, of any kind

  • Becoming 'unstuck'

  • Gently dispersing anxiety

  • Shifting your physiological reactions when triggered

  • Finding your 'sparkle' and creativity again

Sessions are held via Google Meet, and can be recorded for your reference if you wish.

Holding sessions in a coaching format means they are accessible to a wider audience, as we do not follow a medical model. No mental health evaluation or diagnosis will be given. Coaching is not a substitute for therapeutic medical or mental health treatment. You may choose to work with a coach, a therapist, or both at any time.
