I spent my life following the rules that had been laid out for me and collecting accolades that were supposed to fulfill me.

By 25, I had built a 6-figure career in tech. I had the dream relationship, the dream apartment – a life that looked perfect on paper.

I also had chronic anxiety, unexplainable chronic pain, and a nervous system that never let me enjoy any of it.

Therapy helped me understand why I felt this way, but it never really helped me change anything.

It wasn't until I discovered somatic work – body-based healing that addresses the nervous system directly – that everything changed. I was finally able to release the survival patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-abandonment that kept me disconnected from my own wisdom.

What followed was a rollercoaster journey home to myself, my intuition, and pieces of me I didn't even know I'd left behind.     The Chrysalis is an immersive and deeply transformative program designed to completely reorient you to your body & your inner knowing. This isn't a quick fix or a surface-level mindset shift. It's a fundamental recalibration of your nervous system.

    Reconnecting to the body after being chronically dissociated can be destabilizing as it inherently challenges the life you built in survival mode. Six months gives us the time to do the deep work and ensure you're fully supported and resourced as you integrate these shifts into your daily life.

    Real, lasting transformation doesn't happen overnight. It happens in the consistent, held space of a long-term container.

  • How is this different from therapy or other programs I've tried?

    Most traditional therapy and coaching programs work from the top down, using your mind to try to change your patterns. The Chrysalis works from the bottom up – letting the body guide the way.

    Your mind can understand why you feel anxious or why you can't say no, but understanding doesn't change the wiring. (If it did, you wouldn’t be here). Real change happens when we work directly with the nervous system, where the patterns keeping you stuck actually live.

    My methodology combines somatic experiencing (a body-based trauma resolution modality), intuitive spiritual guidance, and mindset coaching, and is deeply informed by my education in systems psychology.
