Life Purpose Coaching - 6 sessions - with Life Purpose Coach Kathryn Newey

What does this bundle include?

6 sessions of 1 hour each, usually once a week, via online video call. The price is for all 6 sessions. Once you've booked, you'll receive a link for your first video call. All you'll need to do is click on the link at the date and time of the call.

It is better if you join sessions with a computer/laptop rather than a phone (unless you only have a phone), as we may share files or websites during the call which are better viewed on a bigger screen, and naturally you will need a headset with microphone as well as a stable internet connection.

What role does the Life Coach play?

Kathryn will take you through a series of questions in order to establish your goals and challenges, then assist you in overcoming your obstacles and achieving your goals. She will use a mix of questioning to uncover your dreams and desires, strengths and difficulties, and also use other methods where relevant such as guided meditation and practical exercises, as well as recommend actions for you to take, to help you uncover and align with your life purpose.

What will you have to do? Is there homework?

You have recognised you have challenges and you are not where you'd like to be in your life, and sought out help with this. Congratulations, that is a huge first step! Kathryn will steer and guide you, give you recommendations and strategies - but ultimately it's your life and yes, there will be 'homework' as you will need to journal and do practical exercises in order to overcome your blocks and reach your goals.

What happens after you've booked your sessions and paid for them?

Kathryn will be in touch to arrange your first session, so we can work on setting your goals for your next life coaching sessions. You may be asked to book dates yourself via the Pensight calendar, so go ahead and do that if you want to. But it's alright if you don't, as Kathryn will contact you either way.
