Mindfulness & Mindset Coaching

Personal coaching for people who want simple, steady, real support for overwhelm, emotional overload, and spiraling thoughts

What This Coaching Is (and Isn’t)

"So what will we do?"

You don’t need to sit still, clear your mind, or “do it right.”

We use short, practical mindfulness tools and life coaching strategies to help you feel aligned and see practical results.

This is coaching for regular people.
Overwhelmed people.
People who have tried to breathe and "calm down", but thought, "okay, but also what am I doing?"

This is not meditation training. This is not spiritual instruction, deep theory, or technique mastery.

Each session includes:

A short practical mindfulness meditation tailored to your day

A grounding practice that is simple, accessible, and not overly spiritual or ceremonial.

Personal coaching

We talk through what is coming up for you.
We identify patterns.
We break down stuck places.
We build clarity.
We set a few meaningful goals that actually fit your life.
We find next steps that feel doable, not daunting..

Optional check-in exercises

These are simple practices designed to support your nervous system, not overwhelm your schedule.
They might include:

  • A two minute breathing pause

  • A small awareness habit

  • A gentle movement break

  • A short journaling prompt

  • A simple mindfulness task that fits into your day

Nothing is intense or perfection-based.
This is support to reinforce your progress.
This is not therapy or crisis support, but a structured, supportive space for reflection, regulation, and next steps.

This space is a good if :

  • ⚪️ You want a place to actually breathe again

  • ⚪️ You’re open to slowing down so you can move forward

  • ⚪️ You “know” what to do, but you’re not doing it consistently

  • ⚪️ You are a parent or creative who is simply overwhelmed

  • ⚪️ You want support turning clarity into movement

How This Works

  • Book Your Discovery Call

Choose a time that works for you. You'll receive a calendar invite and reminders, and you’ll be able to message me directly if needed

  • Talk through what's going on

During our call, we’ll talk about what’s currently feeling overwhelming and what kind of support would actually help. This is a relaxed conversation, not a sales pitch.

  • Decide together if coaching is right

If it feels like a good fit, I’ll share the options for working together and we’ll choose what feels right for you.

Words From Clients

"I love working with Kim-- in our time together I have seen tangible improvements in my ability to set goals and intentions and then follow through with them. As a coach she guides me through each session with thoughtful conversation and supportive questions, and as a meditation instructor she has a knack for intuitively knowing what type of mindfulness practice will be of most help in each session. 10/10 recommend her!"

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I schedule a trial session?

To schedule a consultation session, simply click on the "Schedule a Call" button and follow the prompts to select a convenient date and time.

  • What can I expect during the sessions?

During our initial session, we'll hit pause to do a simple mindfulness practice, look at where you are today, address any questions or concerns you have. In later sessions, we will develop actionable strategies to help you strengthen your mindfulness practice and reach your personal and professional goals.

  • How long does a consultation session last?

Discovery sessions are 20 minutes. Regular session lasts for 45-60 minutes. This allows us to delve deep into your goals and challenges, and provide comprehensive guidance and support.

  • I have kids. Will that be a problem?

Not a problem at all. Parents on kid-duty often need this support the most.

I’ve seen coaching stop simply because someone didn’t have childcare. It was deeply uncomfortable, and I don’t want anyone to feel that here. (**cough** I am "someone")

Overwhelmed parents often try to use coaching as “time away,” but real life doesn’t always allow that. This work is designed to meet you inside real life, which isn’t always perfectly quiet.

Goals still matter here. We just build them with reality in mind.

  • How much does it cost?

Sessions are $125 for 60 minutes, and I'll walk you through options after we talk. to this question.

Hi, I'm Kim!

I’m a certified meditation coach and mindset coach who believes real growth happens when people feel supported and respected. Using mindfulness-based meditation, my approach combines emotional safety with honest reflection, so we can explore what’s getting in the way without shame, pressure, or emotional manipulation.

Growth doesn’t require fear or force. It requires awareness, consent, and care.
