    Discovery sessions are 20 minutes. Regular session lasts for 45-60 minutes. This allows us to delve deep into your goals and challenges, and provide comprehensive guidance and support.

  • How much does it cost?

    The Transformation Package at $1,497 is where the magic happens. With twelve weekly sessions, you've got plenty of time to dig deep and lock in those life-changing shifts. Think of it as your all-access pass to a full-on transformation with guidance, accountability, and room to tweak as you go.

    If you're looking for more space between sessions the Focus Package at $847 delivers six power-packed bi-weekly sessions to kick things off strong. Whichever path you choose, you're on your way to some serious growth.
