Show up with clarity where it matters.
A focused, live virtual session for:
Stage performances
Speaking and presentations
Live or on-the-spot moments
The small cues most people feel but cannot quite name.
What it is
This is a live, collaborative session for performers, creatives, and speakers who want to understand how they’re showing up and make practical adjustments that feel natural and usable.
We use real examples so the session stays practical, specific, and relevant to you.
This is not about becoming louder, slicker, or more “on.”
It’s about showing up grounded, intentional, and readable.
This is a good fit if:
You perform or present and want to feel more confident in real moments
You notice nerves, hesitation, or energy shifts but don’t know what to do with them
You want specific, practical feedback rather than generic tips
You value conversation, autonomy, and collaboration

FAQ's
Do I need to submit a video or recording?
Yes. This session works best when we have something real to look at together.
Your clip allows me to give specific, grounded feedback rather than general advice.
What kind of video works best?
Almost anything that reflects how you actually show up:
-
Phone video is fine
-
Horizontal or vertical is fine
-
Professional quality is not required
Clear audio and a visible upper body are more important than polish.
-
What if I don’t have a clip yet?
That’s okay.
You’ll have up to 14 days from purchase to submit a video or audio clip.
If a clip isn’t submitted within that window, your Tune-Up will focus on strategy, presence, and practical adjustments based on your intake and goals.
What if I feel nervous about being on video?
That’s very common.
This is not about judging or performing “well.”
It’s about noticing what’s already happening and working with it.You stay in control of what we explore.
What if I want to continue the work?
Some people find one session is enough.
Others prefer a short series so they can try things, notice changes, and adjust over time.If you’re interested, you can ask about the Tune-Up Series after your session. There’s no obligation to decide in advance.

I’ve been performing live professionally for over 15 years, on stage thousands of times across all kinds of settings.
From casual gigs to high-pressure moments where things got awkward fast, I’ve seen how small cues can completely change how someone comes across.
Alongside performing, I have a genuine love for sales processes, business systems, and figuring out why something feels off in a moment. I’m also a meditation coach, which means I pay close attention to grounding, nervous system cues, and how people show up under pressure in real situations.
I help performers, creatives, and speakers notice the subtle shifts that impact confidence, clarity, and connection, then turn those observations into practical changes they can actually use.
This work is about showing up more intentionally, not becoming someone else.
