This is a class I’ve always wanted to teach that has come about through my own practice. It’s a mix of using yoga poses with hand-held weights, HIIT patterns, and challenging flows.
While the course is advanced, I’ve designed it for every body to try if they wish regardless of experience, offering photos and simple cues for each pose along with variations.
Each Lesson contains Pose Photos, Cue Cards, and Video Segments to try. The Lessons are: Warm Up Flows, Poses with Weights, HIIT Yoga, Hybrid Challenge Flows, Static Poses (with bonus videos), and Cool Down Flows with bonus restorative pose). As you work through each section, you're basically learning the poses and how to use them to work out with yoga. You will take up what you want for your own personalized workout, and leave behind what you don’t.
Once you buy the workshop, you will have it to work through at your own pace forever. All you need is a mat, yoga blocks (if needed to achieve poses), handheld weights, and an I’m-going-to-try-it attitude!. Yes, soup cans would work rather than buying handheld weights! And no mat is necessary. Books work as blocks.
