Subscription Plan Terms & Conditions
Important Notes Regarding the Subscription Service
This service is a monthly subscription-based online Japanese lesson service provided by an individual instructor.
Please be sure to read and agree to the following terms before subscribing.
1. Payment
The initial payment will be processed on the day you subscribe.
From the following month onward, payments will be automatically charged on the same date each month.
Due to system processing, the billing time may vary by up to approximately 24 hours.
Example:
If you subscribe on May 10

Initial payment: May 10
-
Next payment: June 10
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription list on your My Page.
However, due to the nature of the service, refunds or prorated refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Once the cancellation process is completed, the subscription service will end immediately, and access to any member-only content will no longer be available.
As billing dates may vary due to weekends or holidays, we recommend completing the cancellation process a few days in advance to avoid unintended charges.
3. Lesson Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations or schedule changes made at least 12 hours before the lesson start time can be made without the lesson being counted.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the lesson start time will be treated as one lesson used.
However, in cases of illness or unavoidable circumstances, one makeup lesson per month may be offered.
※ No-shows are not eligible for makeup lessons.
4. Makeup Lessons & Lesson Validity
All subscription lessons and makeup lessons are valid only within the current month. Unused lessons cannot be carried over to the following month. Makeup lessons must also be completed within the same month.
※ Please note that makeup lessons may not be available at the end of the month.
5. Instructor-Initiated Cancellations
If a lesson is canceled due to the instructor’s circumstances, the lesson will not be counted, and a makeup lesson will be provided.
6. No-Shows
If you do not attend a lesson without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and one lesson will be counted as used.
In the case of a no-show, no makeup lesson or refund will be provided.
7. Lateness
If the student is late, the lesson will end at the originally scheduled time, and extensions will not be provided.
If you do not join the lesson within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the lesson will be counted as used.
If the instructor is late, the lesson will be extended or rescheduled accordingly.
8. Course Changes
If you wish to change your course (number of lessons or plan), please notify us at least one month in advance of the desired change month.
Requests made after this deadline will be applied from the following month.
9. Termination of Service
The instructor reserves the right to terminate the subscription without prior notice
in the following cases:

Behavior that interferes with service operations

Harassment, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate conduct

Discontinuation or suspension of the service

Other unavoidable circumstances that make continuation difficult
10.Price Changes
Please note that the subscription price may change in the future as the service evolves.
If there are any changes to the pricing, we will inform subscribers in advance before the change is applied. The updated price will take effect from a future billing cycle, and previously completed payments will not be affected.
11. Agreement
By completing your subscription, you are deemed to have agreed to all of the terms stated above.
