The fun stsrts Thursday in our private FB event. On Friday, you will learn more about my story in a FB Live presentation at 7pm CST.

You'll receive a Zoom link via FB Private Messenger to join us for class on Saturday and Sunday (11:30-1:00 CST). You will be learning key information about your Autonomic Nervous System. Specifically signs, symptoms and costs of dysregulation and how to cause regulation and safety in your body.

We wrap up in a FB Live on Monday at 7om CST, announcing the Scholarship 1:1 Winner!
