I have worked tirelessly to create a practical tool of over 50 questions that could be asked in an interview for an SLT position at post primary or primary level. These are based mainly from the LAOS document and from my own experience from these interviews and as an SLT. I have also completed almost 200 coaching hours with clients and have key insights into interviews from all over Ireland. I don't provide you answers, that is the work that you have to do to come across authentically in the interview. You will also be thrown curveballs which you'll have to catch or duck! I do, for certain questions redirect you to key documents and circulars, I show you how to structure the answers, direct you to 1/2 key podcasts and ensure you know about leadership styles and disciplinary issues.
