Your body carries ancient wisdom. It knows your truth before your mind can name it. Every emotion, every tightness in the chest or flutter in the belly, is your inner compass trying to guide you home.
Yet most of us have been taught to disconnect — to suppress what we feel and to avoid feeling altogether.
In these psychosomatic group sessions, we return to the language of the body. Together, we learn to:

Recognize truth through inner alignment rather than external approval
As you begin to listen, you’ll notice that your body softens. Your intuition strengthens. Your relationships — with yourself and with others — begin to heal and flow naturally again.

It’s about remembering who you truly are — through the wisdom of your body.
