I will share the Soul Adventure™ Journey to the Real Me game along with teachings, explorative questions to reflect upon, meditation journeys and whatever else I'm guided to share.

There is no need to have your own game, however if you do own one please feel free to bring it to the session.

Each month will be a different theme depending on the present energies.

Please Review the Logistics of the Sessions:

To join a session simply create a Pensight account or log into your account by signing up for a session.

Pensight is a private all-in-one platform that I use for my client sessions and course programs. It can be accessed from your phone, tablet or computer.

I will open the room up at 6:45pm and we will start promptly at 7pm eastern time for 1 hour beginning with a dance to a song, and then a short grounding and centering exercise to get fully present in our bodies.

*Cameras are optional.

*Please mute yourself when you are not speaking for a clean recording.

Automated Reminders & Recordings:

If you would like a text reminder 15 minutes before the session please include your cell number when creating your account.

If you would prefer Email Only reminders 15 minutes before the session DO NOT enter your cell number when you create your account.

There will be a recording available however you must register for the session to access it. Then simply log into Pensight to watch it at your convenience.
