1. Complete the Trip Planning Form

Fill out the Trip Planning Form with as much detail as possible. Tell us about your preferred destination, travel dates, group size, budget, interests, accommodations, and any special requests.

The more information you provide, the better we can design a trip that aligns with your vision.

2. Submit the Trip Planning Fee

A non-refundable $250 Trip Planning Fee is required before planning begins.

This fee covers the research, coordination, supplier communication, itinerary creation, and trip design process.

3. Allow Up to 7 Days for Planning

Once your form and payment have been received, our team will begin researching and building your customized itinerary.

Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your completed trip proposal and itinerary.

4. Review Your Custom Itinerary

Your itinerary will include recommended accommodations, transportation, activities, excursions, and estimated trip pricing based on your preferences.

5. Request Revisions

Each itinerary includes up to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost.

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may require an additional planning fee.

6. Secure Your Trip

Once your itinerary is delivered, all pricing, accommodations, and availability will be valid for 7 days.

To secure the proposed pricing and availability, bookings must be confirmed within that timeframe.

7. Trip Expiration

If your trip is not booked within 14 days of receiving your proposal, pricing and availability may change.

If more than 14 days pass without booking confirmation, a new planning fee may be required to update pricing, accommodations, and itinerary details.

Important Policies

• The $300 Trip Planning Fee is non-refundable.

• Trip pricing is subject to supplier availability and may change at any time until booked.

• Availability is not guaranteed until deposits are received.

• Airfare is not included unless specifically stated.
