  • What is the payment schedule?

    This is the answer to this question.

  • What airport should I fly into?

    You will fly into Cap-Haïtien International Airport. If you are coming to the South, you will take a connecting flight to Les Cayes. Full arrival details will be provided after booking.

  • How many people will be on the trip?

    Group sizes are intentionally kept intimate to create a more connected and personalized experience. No more than 10 people per trip.

  • What is the cancellation/refund policy?

    • The deposit is non-refundable at anytime.

    • The balance minus the deposit is refundable 30 days before the trip.

    • 50% refund will be issued for cancellations 30 days after the trip.

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 2 weeks of the trip.

  • Are flights included?

    • Flights are not included in the retreat price.

    • You must book the recommended flights to get transportation to and from the airport.

  • Can I book with a friend or as a group?

    • Yes! Each participant must pay their own deposit and complete the payment schedule to secure their spot. Book the double room option to save on cost.
