6 home visits per 2 hours inkl. free discovery call and one meeting during pregnancy

2-3 hour sessions of postpartum daytime care (between 9:00 am - 3 pm)

During our time together, I will be basically mothering you so you can heal and mother your baby.

How I can support you:

• light home care

• breastfeeding support

• emotional support, simply listening to your experiences and needs

• newborn care basics

• recommendations to specialized providers in special circumstances

• nourishing drinks and food prepared ans served to you

• helping your partner support you

• time for yourself so you can sleep, shower and relax
