Welcome to my breathwork and grounding meditations.

Why should you be interested? The simple answer is this: Most people live in a state of stress, releasing cortisol, the stress hormone, which affects various functions and contributes to issues like autoimmune disease, anxiety, and depression. Combining breathwork with grounding significantly improves these areas.

How does it work? Breathwork involves opening up your lungs and charging your body's electromagnetic field by breathing in negative ions. Think of it like cranking a toy car continuously until it reaches maximum volume. Then, release this charge up through the spine using the cerebrospinal fluid as the conduit, through the central nervous system, and directed to the pineal gland.

Why is the pineal gland crucial to turn on? It has lain dormant for many, connecting us to all living things and pulling us out of the ego state, returning us to our full selves. This process not only raises your vibration massively but also stimulates the vagus nerve, activating the parasympathetic nervous system. This is vital as it pulls you out of the fight-or-flight mode, significantly reducing stress and bringing you back to a baseline of happiness and stress-free living.

What about grounding? Why is it essential? Simply put, we are made from nature. Connecting our feet to the ground, or earthing, helps us reconnect to nature. Scientifically, this is referred to as earthing, similar to neutralizing a live current. Humans hold an electrical charge, related to the biosphere and geosphere, which is the electromagnetic field produced by our hearts and the Earth. When our bodies touch the earth, there is a transfer of energy, neutralizing positively charged particles that can disrupt our body's electrical system.

How does the body get poisoned? Any contact affects our energy field, whether watching TV or walking past people. This relates to the concept of lower and higher vibrations. To release the built-up charge, reconnect with nature by grounding your bioelectrical field to the ground. This helps with stress reduction, lowers inflammation and blood pressure, boosts the immune system and metabolism, and much more.
