People-Centric Leadership Skills for the AI Era
Why This Matters in 2026?
Replacing one mid-level employee costs 6–9 months of their salary in lost productivity, recruiting and ramp-up. Most of that cost is avoidable: people don't quit companies, they quit managers who couldn't have the hard conversation before it was too late.
AI has already taken the routine work off your plate. What's left is the part it can't do: sitting across from someone who's frustrated, uncertain or checked out, and helping them find their own way forward. That's not a soft skill anymore. It's the job.
Two days in Copenhagen for managers who freeze when emotion hits the room. Practise the real conversation with feedback, in person until it's not scary anymore.
📅 Sat 7 – Sun 8 Nov 2026 · 10:00–16:00 both days · Zoku Copenhagen 👥 12 seats only · ~€728~ €628 (early rate)
Led by Migena Gjerazi (PCC, CPCC) and Anna Korosadowicz (ICF ACC), experienced coaches who have also led teams through real organisational change.
The Problem Managers Face Right Now
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
You're in meetings all day. Then someone sits down for a one-on-one and drops their emotions into the conversation. You don't know how to handle it. You're not trained for it. But your team's effectiveness depends on you being able to sit with it, listen, and actually help them move forward.
Most managers are drowning in this gap.
Core problems addressed:
-
You don't have a framework for handling emotions in conversations
-
You absorb your team's stress because you don't know how to create boundaries
-
Difficult conversations feel unsafe, so you avoid them
-
Your best people leave because they don't feel seen or developed
If two or more of these are true most weeks, this weekend is built for you.
What you will learn
Where you are now (quick gut-check before you keep reading)
-
You give advice because the team wants certainty, and it feels faster.
-
You keep checking work because you do not fully trust it will move without you.
-
Resistance, frustration or silence makes difficult conversations easier to postpone.
-
You carry the emotional weight of your team's worries.
-
Your team waits for your answer when the way forward is unclear.
-
Pressure makes you rush, shut down or react in ways you later regret.
-
Where you'll be practising moving to (this is what two days of live practice actually builds)
-
Questions that help someone think their way through the problem.
-
Clear agreements, ownership and follow-through.
-
Conversations that are direct, calm and respectful.
-
Staying present without taking the problem away from the other person.
-
A team that can bring you options, judgement and a next step.
-
More awareness of your own stress response, and a way to ground yourself before and during a hard conversation.
-

WHAT MAKES THIS COURSE DIFFERENT
Leading people feels harder than doing the work yourself. Most management training teaches you frameworks, but doesn't prepare you for the moment when someone's emotion hits the conversation and you freeze. This weekend is different: you practice the actual conversations you have with your team, in real time, with feedback, so Monday morning you're ready.
In practice, you get:
-
Two days of live teaching, demonstration and small-group practice, in person. You learn it and practise it here, so you're ready to take it straight into your next real conversation.
-
Feedback on your own situations, plus a closed group that stays connected after the weekend is over.
-
Two coaches who have led teams themselves and trained through ICF, Erickson, CTI and ORSC.
-
Live demonstrations where you can experience how conversations, meetings, feedback can be effectively held.
-
Time to work with your own patterns under pressure, including the PQ assessment and elements of Positive Intelligence.
Getting your company to pay
Most participants expense this. If you need something to forward to your manager or L&D team, download the 1-page course brief — it has the outline, outcomes and price, ready to attach to an email.

What this supports at work
Change asks a lot of managers. They are expected to explain what is happening, listen to concerns, make decisions and keep the work moving, often while dealing with the same uncertainty themselves. This course gives managers a place to practise the conversations that matter now. They bring real challenges from work and receive coaching and feedback on how they handle them.
-
Build trust when a team feels unsettled or resistant.
-
Hold clearer conversations about change, expectations and feedback.
-
Create more ownership and follow-through, instead of taking every decision back onto the manager's desk.
-
Notice the habits that take over under pressure, using the PQ assessment and elements of Positive Intelligence.
-
Ground themselves before and during difficult conversations, so they can respond with more choice.
THE COURSE OUTLINE
Day One (Saturday): Connection & Clarity
Master the foundations of presence and trust. Learn how to listen in ways that make people feel genuinely seen. Build your capacity to sit with discomfort, confusion, and emotion without either fixing it or getting consumed by it. Develop the conversational moves that turn tension into clarity.
Key question: "Can you be fully present with someone without being responsible for fixing them?"
Topics: Listening that changes people, asking questions that matter, navigating emotion in real time, and turning conflict into connection.
Day Two (Sunday): Strategy & Commitment
Move from insight to action. Learn how to recognize what's actually holding people back and address it with emotional intelligence. Help your team commit to change that sticks. Embed this approach into how you actually lead, so it becomes natural and sustainable.
Key question: "What commitment would actually move them forward, not what would make me feel better?"
Topics: Concrete strategies to keep using these skills after the weekend ends and how to build a culture where people-centric leadership becomes the norm.

You will receive a deck of Coaching Cards for Managers to use in your own conversations after the course ends.

WHAT YOU WILL LEAVE WITH
More room in the conversation, and less pressure to have every answer
By the end of the weekend, you will have practised how to:
Tell the difference between coaching, mentoring and giving advice
Listen beyond the words, staying curious even in difficult conversations
Work with emotions without avoiding them or taking them over
Help people turn reflection into a next step they own, while noticing your own patterns under pressure
The people in the room

You will be taught by two coaches who know the pressure of management from both sides: leading teams themselves and supporting leaders through hard conversations.
Migena Gjerazi (PCC, CPCC, ORSC, CTI Leadership Graduate, LCP certified) has coached managers and leaders through 10 years of hard conversations: performance issues, team conflict, leaders who'd hit a wall with their own team.
Her background is in HR and Finance (MBA), so she's sat on the other side of the table too — in the room when the difficult call about a person had to be made, not just coaching from the outside. That's the lens she brings to this weekend: practical, grounded in how real organisations actually work, not just theory. She has trained leaders at companies including Mars, Lufthansa Industry Solutions, Mærsk, Amazon, IDA, IPKO, UN agencies and more.
Anna Korosadowicz is an ICF-certified coach (ACC), Erickson Certified Professional Coach, Scrum Master Certified, and Certified Scrum Product Owner.
She has seventeen years in tech, several of them in leadership roles. In all of them, she led teams through transitions: from the KAYAK acquisition of momondo, where she led data integration across two merging companies, to a 45-person department at Labster that came together through a merger. Product management runs through most of it too. That combination is what this course draws on directly: she's sat on the manager's side of a hard conversation under real deadline pressure, then trained specifically in how to run that conversation well.
Her coaching also draws on elements of Positive Intelligence, particularly around how leaders manage themselves under pressure, alongside a broader focus on mental fitness meeting leadership when it's tested.
What clients say about working with Migena and Anna
I have been privileged to experience Migena's magic in diverse settings: individual coaching, workshops and consulting. During individual coaching her radiating warmth, empathy and curiosity made me feel relaxed and open in a very short time. She found ways to guide me to a couple of 'a-ha' moments for which I'm genuinely grateful. Migena is an experienced facilitator whether it is face-to-face or online workshops. She has a gift to design interactive sessions with short and sweet theory and plenty of group work, which allows everyone to move from abstract concepts to very personal experiences. She has consulted me on how to prepare powerful workshops and impactful conversations with my teams, which helped me to be focused and well-prepared under time pressure. The best money invested!
