How the Programme Works
This is a live online programme delivered over 6 weeks.
Each session is 2 hours and designed to be interactive, practical, and engaging.

A deck of Coaching Cards for Managers
As part of the programme, you will also receive a deck of Coaching Cards for Managers, designed to support you in real conversations, helping you ask better questions, create clarity, and guide your team more effectively even beyond the sessions.
This is a practice-based learning experience.
You will be invited to try the tools between sessions so that the learning becomes real and usable, not just inspiring in the moment.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long is each session?
Sessions will last around 120 minutes, ensuring ample time for discussion and learning. The sessions are highly interactive and there will be theory, group work, practice and lots of feedback. We start September 15th, 17:00-19:00 CET and the last session is on October 20th. 6 consecutive Tuesdays :-)
Can only managers join this program?
Not necessarily. While the course is titled "Coaching Skills for Managers," the skills and framework taught are highly beneficial for any professional looking to develop a coaching leadership style, improve communication, and enhance team performance. It is open to all staff and not strictly limited to management.
