THIS COURSE IS RUN THROUGHOUT YOUR COURT CASE. WE TAKE IT STEP BY STEP SO YOU ARE AWARE OF WHAT IS COMING AND WHAT COULD HAPPEN.

THIS IS AN EDUCATION

Paid in either one or three months, could be four if negotiated at the point of sale. The Basic Silver Plan is a big step up from the bronze options. You will receive increased time on the phone, via Teams or in person. The level and depth of the coaching will naturally increase. We work to your understanding, but the knowledge you will receive in dealing with professionals and your Ex-partner will increase naturally because you have more talk time and support time scheduled.

You will gain access to several online courses should you want to test your knowledge and emotional reactions. Court Attendance with every hearing with a debrief and, where possible, 1 hour before the hearing.

You are starting Price £3000 when paid in full. (1-3 months)

WHAT ARE YOU PAYING FOR?

You are paying for one of the best McKenzie friends in the country to support you, coach you and get you through this awful experience as best we can.

5 hours a week coaching one-to-one time *

Any additional paperwork statements that need completing bundles that need doing any admin that needs my support will be getting done to quote standard, specification, and deadline.

In-court support, so you will get caught support throughout your case in person. Whenever you are in court, you will have a McKenzie friend with you.

Whilst you, McKenzie’s friend, cannot talk directly to the judge, sometimes he gets the right of audience, which gives him the right to speak to the judge. He gets that relatively low, but he can whisper in your ear, take notes, and tell you what to say. If you ever get stuck, you can ask the judge to turn around and say can we adjourn for 5 minutes so I can speak to McKenzie friend so I can tell you what to say is like driving a car turn left you said you left, he always had something to confer with this is basic said common sense within family court.

I'll be working around your availability. So, no matter what time of day or night you need the support, it’s there! Guaranteed call-backs within 3 hours.

Dealing with professionals and the judge is covered within the training.

A 12-month enforcement promise means you can enforce the order any time after 12 months after the final order has been served you pay the court fees.
