Private 30 Minute 1:1 Coaching and 30 Minute Energy Healing Session

Get the best of both worlds with a 30 minute 1:1 private coaching session immediately followed by a 30 energy healing session (Emotion Code, Body Code, or Belief Code) focusing on the issue of your choice!

This combination package includes an empowering 30 minute 1:1 video call to provide clarity, tools, and guidance regarding any area of your life. During this session we will discuss what you are looking for guidance on, uncover any limiting beliefs/blocks that may be standing in your way, and come up with actionable steps you can take to move forward. Following the session, you will receive an e-mail with key takeaways and tools to move forward.

Immediately following the coaching session, you will receive a 30 minute energy healing session using either Emotion Code, Body Code, or Belief Code. These gentle, non-invasive energy healing modality helps identify and release blocks or imbalances related to any physical, emotional, mental health, behavior pattern, etc. concerns (without having to talk about any details of your experiences)! This session will be done by video call or phone.
