Private Label Rights (PLR) and Master Resell Rights (MRR) License Agreement

1. Grant of License

a. Private Label Rights (PLR): The purchaser is granted the rights to edit, modify, and rebrand the purchased product. The purchaser may claim the edited product as their own and use it for personal use, commercial use, or resell it under their own brand.

b. Master Resell Rights (MRR): In addition to PLR rights, the purchaser is granted the rights to resell the product along with its resell rights. The purchaser can sell the product to customers who may then resell it under the same terms.

2. Permitted Uses

3. Prohibited Uses

• Cannot claim original copyright or exclusive ownership.

4. Other Rights and Restrictions

5. Liability Limitations
