Terms & Conditions — Nadia Theron Astrology

By purchasing any product or service from Nadia Theron Astrology, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Astrology PDF Reports

1. Nature of Service

All astrology reports are bespoke digital services delivered as a PDF report. Each report is personally prepared based on the birth data provided by the client and reflects my professional interpretation of astrological techniques.

By purchasing a report, you acknowledge that this is a custom service based on time, expertise, and analysis — not a physical product. Work begins once your birth details have been received and your order confirmed.

2. Client Responsibility

It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate birth details (date, time, and location) at the time of purchase. Reports are created using the information submitted at checkout.

If incorrect details are supplied, I will make reasonable efforts to contact you before beginning work. If work has already commenced using the details provided, a revised report using corrected information may require an additional fee.

3. Delivery

Reports are delivered electronically via your Nadia Theron Astrology client portal account within the stated timeframe on the product page. You will receive a notification when your report is ready.

Please ensure you are logging in with the same email address used at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may extend during periods of high demand. You will be notified if there is any significant delay.

In the unlikely event that I am unable to complete your report due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond my control, you will be offered either a revised delivery date or a full refund.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the bespoke and time-intensive nature of this service:

All sales are final once work has begun. No refunds will be issued after delivery of the report. If cancellation is requested before work has started, a refund may be granted at my discretion.

If you are dissatisfied with your report, please contact me directly within 7 days of delivery. While I am unable to offer refunds on completed bespoke work, I am committed to ensuring you feel heard and will do my best to address any genuine concerns.

This policy reflects the fact that the product is a personalised service based on professional time and analysis.

5. No Guarantees

Astrology provides insight, patterns, and potential themes. It does not guarantee specific outcomes. Decisions and actions taken following a reading are the sole responsibility of the client.

6. Not Medical, Psychological, or Legal Advice

Astrology reports are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. If you require support in any of these areas, please consult a qualified professional.

If you are currently experiencing a mental health crisis, please reach out to an appropriate support service. Astrology is not a therapeutic service and should not be used as a replacement for professional mental health care.

7. Personal Use Only

Reports are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, published, resold, or shared publicly without my prior written permission.

The content, methodology, and written analysis contained within your report remains the intellectual property of Nadia Theron Astrology. You are welcome to share personal insights from your reading but may not reproduce the report in full or in significant part.

8. Age Restriction

Services are intended for clients aged 18 and over. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

9. Data & Privacy

Birth data and personal information submitted at checkout is used solely for the purpose of producing your report. Your data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR. It will not be shared with third parties, sold, or used for any purpose beyond fulfilling your order. For full details, please refer to my Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the purchase of a report shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1:1 Astrology Video Sessions

1. Nature of Service

All one-to-one astrology sessions are live, scheduled video consultations delivered at the agreed date and time. By booking a session, you are reserving dedicated time in my calendar for personalised astrological analysis and discussion.

Sessions are conducted via the video platform stated at the time of booking. A link will be provided in advance. It is your responsibility to ensure you have access to the platform before your session begins.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

All sessions must be paid in full in advance. Due to the time reserved and preparation involved, all bookings are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled once with a minimum of 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session will be treated as a forfeited session and will not be refunded or transferred.

Failure to attend the scheduled session without notice will be treated as a completed session with no refund or reschedule offered.

In the event that I need to cancel or reschedule your session due to illness or circumstances beyond my control, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer you a rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. Additional time cannot be guaranteed and will not be added without an additional booking and payment.

5. Client Responsibility

It is the client's responsibility to ensure they:

Provide accurate birth details in advance of the session
Have a stable internet connection and working audio and video
Join the session at the scheduled time using the link provided
Are in a private, appropriate environment for the duration of the call

I reserve the right to end a session early if a client behaves in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or inappropriate. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

6. Technical Difficulties

If technical issues on my end prevent the session from taking place, I will offer a full reschedule or refund. If technical issues on the client's end cause a session to be missed or significantly disrupted, this will be treated in accordance with the late arrival or no-show policy above. Minor connection issues experienced by either party during a session will be managed as best as possible within the allotted time.

I may record sessions for my own professional records or quality purposes. If a recording is made, you will be informed at the start of the session. Recordings will not be shared publicly or with third parties without your consent.

Astrological Approach

All readings are conducted using Whole Sign houses within a primarily Hellenistic astrological framework, with selected techniques drawn from modern Western astrology where relevant. This is my professional methodology and is applied consistently across all reports and sessions.

If you are accustomed to Placidus or other house systems, please be aware that house placements may differ from readings you have received elsewhere. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that all analysis is conducted within this framework.

If you would specifically like a reading conducted using Placidus or an alternative house system, this is available as a custom commission and is priced and scoped separately. Please get in touch before purchasing to discuss your requirements.
