Eliminating animal products from my life changed my life. I didn't change my lifestyle for the animals; I went vegan for my health.
I was suffering from adrenal fatigue, anxiety, brain fog, chronic fatigue, chronic inflammation, depression, digestive issues, high blood pressure, PMS, sleep issues, and TMJ. I began to realize I was on the WRONG path and the path was going to lead to a more difficult and treacherous one if I did not change course. I have since reversed these ailments after going vegan.
I’m on a mission to help busy singles and families easily transition to eating less animals and animal products with flavorful, satisfying, and satiating meals, ready in 45 minute or less. I know that might seem like an eternity to wait for that long when you're straight up HANGRY after ending a long, stressful 9-5 (or for some in the states 8-8!), but isn't that about the same time it tastes for Uber to arrive?! Convenience comes with a price tag. Time to get into the kitchen to cook some real soul nourishing food.
