Dare to be Confident is a 30 day challenge focused on building up your confidence and self esteem.

You’ll review a card daily. Some dares are as easy as taking a selfie ,while others require you to do a little more. But each dare is designed to push you and challenge you. Reminder, anytime you’re uncomfortable it means you’re growing .

The dares are placed in a strategical order so you won’t feel overwhelmed or intimidated. In an order I feel gradually gets tougher and challenges you by the day.

Even after you finish the 30 day challenge you can always go back to draw a dare when you’re having a bad day or are in need of a little confidence boost.
