Yes, my wife and I LOVE "field trips!"
It's becoming clearer to me that a pretty big part of my next phase is going to involve traveling, speaking, and coaching.
My mission is to prepare ministry & business leaders for new fields, and a big part of that is visiting many of YOU in your field!
That's why I'd like to have a informal video chat with you to seek out ways that I can come into your context and add value, particularly for your leaders.
YES, I absolutely love speaking in churches, conferences, and workshops, BUT my mission is my filter. (On top of that, my wife and daughter will likely be traveling with me, so I have to make sure the invitation is worth the effort.) That's why the biggest value for me traveling to your city/ country is making sure that we have enough time to really encourage and coach your people on the leadership level.
I'm in an unique situation as well, because I'm both a pastor and an executive coach. I do lead ministry team trips with our home church, but this is that that context. Instead, I'm considering this as an invitation for my executive coaching, either for your ministry or your business.
Not every invitation may lead to an in-person trip though. There are other ways I can invest into your group, such as video calls or custom trainings. This is not a denial. However, it might be a timing issue.
I really make an effort to stay within my relational sphere of influence, because growing relationships and partnerships would probably be the biggest win for me in this scenario.
Overall, if our visit will encourage and strengthen your leadership community, I'll definitely pray about making it happen!
Believing the best with you, Peter
