We'll then devise a plan with your key goals and measurements that can drive your business ahead.
☑️ You will come away with actionable steps that will be written up and sent to you.
☑️ 2 monthly review calls.

What can I expect during the strategy session?
During the strategy session, you can expect personalised coaching and strategies tailored to your specific goals and challenges. We'll audit where you are today, address any questions or concerns you have, and develop actionable strategies to help you achieve your objectives for the next 90 days. After that there will be 2 monthly calls to support your progress.
How long do the sessions last?
The main Strategy Session will last around 90-120 minutes (Pensight won't allow the timings to be different for the three sessions but we will stay on the call). This allows us to delve deep into your goals challenges and to draw up an action plan. The review calls will be around 45 minutes each.
What happens at the end of the sessions?
There is no obligation to book again, you should be in a place where you have made progress on your strategy, however if you are looking for continued support, there is always 121 coaching or the business membership available.
