Negotiable Instruments Workbook

This workbook is used in conjunction with a group zoom. This is how I can personally teach you how to recognize, understand and articulate to others, exactly what an instrument is, what it looks like, what information is contained in an instrument and how to use them.

This is a printed booklet in a plastic folder, and I send it to you for free.

There is some reading, but... what makes this different is, the members of my Facebook group and I have contributed our various bills of exchange, auto loan notes, auto loan applications and service contracts to create this workbook. We will do group Zoom meetings and interactively diagram and discuss the different instruments in the workbook.

I will also teach you how to break down and diagram the Bill of Exchange Acts definition of "bill of exchange" and the Model Uniform Commercial Code's definition of "Negotiable Instrument".

Between my teaching methods and this workbook, you will understand what a bill of exchange is and what a negotiable instrument is according to law. This is the information you use in court. This is the information you use to prove your case, because each city and each state needs to prove in a court of law that these different instruments meet the requirements of an instrument. This is how you do that.
