The Toolkit is designed as a workflow.

Start by identifying who matters. Analyse why they matter. Decide how and when to engage. Plan the communication and consultation. Prepare for difficult conversations. Respond intelligently when conflict emerges. Then evaluate what worked and update the plan as the strategy develops.

The tools are deliberately practical. Use them in a project workshop, with a multidisciplinary team, during strategy development or as working documents throughout planning and delivery.

Use the Toolkit to:
