STOP DISPUTING BLIND

Consumer File Investigation Lab

LIVE GROUP SESSION - SEPTEMBER 26

If you keep sending copied dispute letters and receiving the same “verified as accurate” response, it may be because you are disputing before you fully understand what is being reported. Your consumer report is evidence!

Before you write another letter, you need to know how to examine the information, compare what the three CRAs are reporting, identify the actual issue, and build a dispute around facts, not guesses.

That is exactly what we are doing inside the Consumer File Investigation Lab.

What You’ll Learn

During this live, interactive class, I will show you how to:

• Read a consumer report beyond simply looking for negative accounts
• Compare information reported by Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion
• Identify inconsistent dates, balances, account numbers, statuses, remarks, and payment histories
• Separate information you dislike from information that may actually be inaccurate or incomplete
• Organize your documents and supporting evidence
• Determine what issue your dispute should address
• Draft a dispute based on the information appearing in your own reports
• Evaluate a CRA’s investigation results and determine your next step

This Is Not Another Generic Dispute Letter Class

I am not giving you a copied template and promising that everything will be deleted.

I will be teaching you how to investigate first and dispute second.

By the end of this class, you should have a better understanding of what your reports are saying, what information deserves further investigation, and how to write a more focused dispute in your own words.
