who have completed the Leadership Clarity Diagnostic.

The webinar is the diagnostic.
The Intensive is the realignment.

WHAT THIS IS

The Connector Intensive is not a course.
It is a guided leadership realignment process.

We work on:

  • identity before strategy

  • alignment before execution

  • decisions before systems

This is the foundation required before deeper leadership or organizational work.

FORMAT

  • 8 weekly live group sessions (90–120 minutes)

  • Weekly implementation assignments (required)

  • 1 private 1-on-1 strategic session (Week 4 or 5)

  • Small, focused group

This is not passive content.
Presence and execution are expected.

THE 8-WEEK ARC

Here is the arc you will move through:

  • Time & Season — reclaiming momentum

Each week builds on the previous one.
This is cumulative work.

THE 1-ON-1 SESSION

Midway through the Intensive, you will have a private strategic session with me.

This is where we:

  • identify your core self-sabotage pattern

  • surface the belief underneath it

  • recalibrate leadership identity

  • recommit to your primary outcome

This is not coaching-lite.
This is identity correction.
