What's Included
Before We Begin — Intake Questionnaire
Before Session 1 you'll fill out a short questionnaire so I walk in already knowing what you're carrying. We're not spending your time catching me up.
Session 1 — Find the Root
We identify what's actually happening underneath the surface. Not the symptom. The source.
Session 2 — Go After It (2 weeks later)
This is where the real work happens. We go directly into the wound — the pattern, the pain, the place you've been circling around.
Session 3 — Rewire It (2 weeks after that)
We look at what got programmed into your nervous system and your belief system, and we start shifting it.
Session 4 — Integration (2 weeks after that)
Where do you go from here? We close out with clarity, next steps, and a real picture of what healing continues to look like for you.

Every session is recorded so you can go back and listen as many times as you need.
