Integrative Wellness Coaching

If you are not sure where you want to start, but you know that your body keeps the score, this is a container that offers intentional work and dialogue guided by following your body. Blending a decade of teaching hatha yoga with the principals of energy anatomy and following the model somatic therapy, together, we unpack trauma and core wounds through the lens of your movement practice and your body patterns.

These sessions will be tailored to each individual's specific needs and goals, with a focus on addressing any limiting beliefs or patterns that may be holding them back.

The coaching package includes:

  • Six 1-hour coaching sessions

  • Personalized energy healing session to clear any energetic blocks

  • Mindfulness practices to cultivate self-awareness and presence

  • Embodiment exercises to connect with the body and release tension

  • Homework assignments and resources to support ongoing growth and transformation

Sometimes the real transformation that we seek feels evasive because "the work" we've done has not been embodied, or the nervous system remains dis-regulated. When trauma occurs, the nervous system is affected; therefore, embodied healing is a multifaceted approach that includes the mindbody connection.

By combining these different modalities, this coaching package offers a holistic approach to healing and transformation that is tailored to each individual's unique needs. The focus on embodiment work and mindfulness practices also helps individuals cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness and connection to their inner power.
