Strength & Posture
Strength-focused coaching to build muscle, improve posture, and move better.
Ideal if your goal is to feel stronger, look more capable, and train without dieting.
Nutrition-only coaching is offered separately.
Online 1:1 coaching is tailored to the level of support you need.
Coaching typically ranges from:
£125–£250 per month
(or £350–£700 for a 12-week phase)

Georgia Garlick
Georgia coaches with a strength-led, structured approach to body transformation.
Her work is shaped not only by years of professional coaching experience, but by her own journey of changing her body, losing 65kgs through strength training, consistency and learning how to fuel herself properly. Having lived both sides of the process, she understands how frustrating it can feel to do everything “right” and still struggle to see lasting change.
That experience underpins how Georgia coaches today — combining progressive strength training with practical nutrition that fits real life. The focus is on building visible results while understanding why the body responds the way it does, so progress doesn’t disappear once a phase ends.
Her coaching style is clear, supportive, and direct. No extremes. No guesswork. Just structure that works.
Mark Garlick
Mark coaches with a focus on building strength, improving movement quality, and supporting long-term physical resilience.
His work is shaped by years of experience in strength and conditioning, alongside a strong grounding in rehabilitation-informed training.
Mark specialises in helping people train properly- improving posture, reducing pain, and rebuilding confidence in movement, particularly for those returning to training or looking to train with more purpose.
That experience informs a calm, detail-led coaching style, where progression is planned and technique matters.
