Not believing you are worthy unconditionally which blocks money, love, success and all areas of your life.
How it shows up: Self-critical, judge others, low self-esteem, sabotage success and relationships, always apologising, end up in a feat and famine cycle with life often living to end/over means and struggling to reward yourself/ allow success in.

Schedule Your Sessions
Once you have booked your package, schedule your 1st call, this will be an introduction coaching call, we will then book in your 4 HeartHealing®️ Sessions and your final coaching session, this will span across 9 weeks.
Receive Personal Imprint Audios
After each HeartHealing®️ session you will receive a personal imprint audio to help your subconscious to continue healing and create impact in better thinking and energy
What your package includes:
Week One: Personalised introductory coaching session.
Week Two, Four, Six, Eight: Transformational HeartHealing sessions working on each wound (Love, Trust, Acceptance, Worth)
Week Nine: A final coaching session to solidify your growth.
