I am a Certified Integrative Life and Wellness Coach with over 8 years of experience in healthcare administration, working in high-stress clinical environments where I observed the impact of chronic stress, emotional suppression, and mental overload on both mental and physical well-being.

I specialize in helping women understand the connection between thought patterns, emotional regulation, and behavior.

My work bridges clinical insight and spiritual grounding, empowering women with practical tools to release unprocessed emotional pain, regulate the nervous system, and shift limiting internal narratives.
