Volume 2: This guidebook is the beginning of you recognising the blocks within you. We all learn what emotions are acceptable, they may even praised to feel, and what will leave you outcasted, unseen, unheard or unloved. All emotions are acceptable and should be praised. Emotions guide us, they give us direct insight to our boundaries, our desires, our pain, our triggers. They are our navigators through life. They direct us, realign us, protect us, guide us and most of all they can highlight where we need healing. They give us direct insight to where we are emotionally trapped within us. However, they can’t do any of these things if we do not acknowledge them, if we do not allow them to flow, if we do not listen to them. Emotions are our super power. How we have been taught to feel/express our emotions can be shown in how much we trust and listen to ourselves to not only feel/express, but understand where they are coming from. Why we are feeling this way. In this guidebook we will be focusing on simply feeling emotion. Identifying where we are blocked and where we learnt to block this emotion.
