The EA's Playbook: Performance Reviews

Performance reviews at year end are an integral part of work life, but they are often associated with unease and cause anxiety. I worked with hundreds of EAs and PAs and have often seen assistants struggle to put their best foot forward at the review time. The problem is, the nature of our work is mostly intangible! As a result, there are missed opportunities, frustration, and the feeling of being overlooked or simply not seen.

Now I am on a mission to empower all assistants to approach year end reviews strategically, with confidence and ease, and achieve the best possible outcomes.
