but like any AI, hermes will not get everything right on the first try.

this is completely normal.

some images, product sections, or ad scripts may need a few rounds of corrections.

the difference is that hermes can learn from those corrections.

when you tell it what is wrong, what to keep, and what to change, it gets better.

over time, your hermes gets better at creating pages, images, and ads specifically for your products and your store.

so the more you use it, the more it starts feeling like a real ecommerce assistant instead of a random chatbot.

note that this skill pack does need a few tools to work properly.

the good news is that most of them are free, built into hermes, or subscriptions you may already be paying for. the main thing is giving your hermes agent access to them.

what you need:

• hermes agent. this is free to install, but where you install it matters: you can run it locally on your computer, or run it on a VPS, which is what i recommend if you want it running 24/7.

• ChatGPT subscription or another LLM model so hermes can talk to you, research, build, and code. this is the bare minimum needed for hermes to work.

• an image generation tool for product images and ad references. i recommend GPT Image 2 or Nano Banana 2. if you already use ChatGPT, you may already have access to GPT Image 2 inside chat.

• a Shopify store if you want hermes to build actual product pages instead of only giving you the manual plan and copy.

• an AI video tool with Seedance 2.0, like Higgsfield, TopView, or CapCut.

• Higgsfield MCP if you want hermes to generate ads directly inside chat like in my videos. it is not mandatory, but it is nice to have if you want more autonomy.

note: hermes can still make the research, script, reference images, and Seedance prompt even without direct video generation. you can paste that prompt into any AI video tool you want.

this is not another ai shopify app where you pay every month and get stuck inside their UI, templates, and limits.
