Relationships

The ability to create, maintain, and nurture relationships of any kind is an art. We learn it over the years in different environments. Still, sometimes, we don't seem very comfortable socializing, or we tend to repeat a particular pattern with everyone around us.

E.g.: We might get very excited at the beginning of a romantic relationship, but in time, we end up disliking our partners or blaming them for inevitable personal failures or frustrations; we might become overprotective or jealous due to personal doubts or insecurities, and sometimes we might like to have arguments with that specific person as we have been used to similar environments either while growing up or later on as teenagers.

All those patterns can seriously harm our personal and professional relationships if we display them unconsciously.

If you are having a challenging time establishing a healthy relationship or you feel that there is something you could improve in your personal and social approach towards yourself and others, please kindly get in touch.
