All sessions are paid in advance. Payment confirms your scheduled time. Unpaid appointments are not held.

🔹Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of a scheduled session incur a $50 fee. To reschedule, please contact Christa via WhatsApp directly.

🔹Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will receive a credit toward a future session. Credits must be used within 30 days or are forfeited.

🔹No Shows

Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.

🔹Body Scan Deposit

The $55 Body Scan deposit is non-refundable. If you move forward with a Revival Plan, it is applied to your initial investment.

All client information shared during sessions and consultations is kept strictly confidential.
