We’ll be exploring six gentle topics designed to help you unwind, connect with your body, and find some calm amidst the excitement and uncertainty of preparing for birth. By the end of the course, you’ll feel confident in using the tools and techniques of Hypnobirthing , have gained a whole wealth of valuable childbirth education and feel ready for a positive birth experience

The sessions run every Thursday evening 6pm-7pm at Kaiako Studio, Parkstone for 6 consecutive weeks.

How do I reserve a seat for the group session?

What can I expect during the group session?
During the group session, you'll join a small group of like-minded individuals. We will explore a bite sized birth prep topic before relaxing into a guided meditation (yoga Nidra) carefully built to support the teaching of that week. At the end of the relaxation there will be time to talk and connect over a warm herbal tea, where I’ll be able to answer any questions you may have following the session.

Each courses has a maximum of 6 spaces available. This ensures an intimate setting where everyone has the opportunity to participate, ask questions, and receive personalised guidance and support if needed.
